The Newhall ADU Residence was developed as a completely independent accessory dwelling unit built from the ground up.

Although Equity Construction Inc was not the lowest bidder, the homeowner selected the team based on trust, transparency, and confidence in execution. Despite system complexity and premium material selections, the project was delivered within the agreed budget.
